Overhaul

We offer you the opportunity to overhaul your machine. We will completely overhaul your machine. Your CNC lathe is completely dismantled, cleaned and rebuilt with new components. We replace all linear guides and the associated rollers or recirculating ball bearings on your machine tool. All old guides are first dismantled, the contact surfaces carefully cleaned and prepared for the new installation. After installing the new rail systems and their recirculating roller bearings, we measure and record your machine together with you. Once the geometry has been successfully adjusted, we reset all zero points on the machine and calibrate the measuring probes.

Ball screws

We professionally replace your defective ball screw drives or ball screws . Ball screws must be stretched and aligned depending on the machine type. We know how to do this and apply our knowledge professionally.

We demonstrate our special expertise in the field of machine accuracy on a daily basis: using state-of-the-art measuring and testing equipment and a wealth of experience, we pinpoint the specific problems on your machine and rectify them. Machine relocations

On request, we can measure the geometry of your machine tool before dismantling. We bring the axes into transport position and secure them according to the manufacturer’s specifications for the upcoming machine transport.

We save your NC and PLC data separately.We label and pack cables, hoses and individual parts according to our system so that the fitters can later reassemble the machines anywhere in the world. Our experienced technicians will commission your machine tool anywhere in the world. Whether one-piece machines or large systems that are dismantled into individual parts for transport – we align your machines with high-precision analog or digital leveling device. We then install all additional components such as coolant systems, chip conveyors, extraction systems, bar loading magazines and much more.

We carry out an exact geometric measurement and document the results. We calibrate BLUM laser measuring systems, infrared probes and radio probes in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications. Finally, we reset all zero points on your machine and hand over a flawless machine in manufacturer quality.
